Guide Books and Videos for Managers on Formal Methods ::

One of the main inhibitors to industrial adoption of formal methods is the lack of easily available information about applications in which formal methods have been used, the tools which can be obtained, the ease of use of different methods and their applicability for different purposes.
Industrial organisations are reluctant to be the first to embark into territory which they regard as unknown when faced with the prospect of employing formal methods for the first time.

The objective of this project is to bring such information through Multimedia Guide Books.
We propose multimedia management guide books. We propose, also, to provide this information through servers. Thanks to this action, it will be possible for managers to read success-stories about the use of formal methods; it will be easier for them to understand the interest they should bear to the propositions made by their counsellors.

If seminars can provide a lively means for people to meet and discuss, it is often necessary, before that, to read something or discover a video about the subject.
Thanks to this collection of facts and their building into pedagogical guide books, it will also be easier to provide magazines, publishers, and TV producers with images, video sequences, pieces of work they could not have done all by themselves.

All these activities will be completed through trade-shows, direct marketing actions, science museums, and engineering schools.
